This week, a mysterious beauty from Ms Dickinson, which many would already know. Amongst other beguiling steps the flake seems to change from plural to single, although sometimes this seems to be Emily artfully preserving a flow of syllables. There is of course more to be learned in harder times - she just says it in a shorter way than, for example, Proust.
